School Program and Scientific Benchmarking
The VR school program began in 2021, with scientific support and benchmarking by the University of Konstanz.
Foundations Become Reality
Founded on a gap identified in 2017 - the lack of effective VR solutions for real-world learning and enterprise - Digital Toolbox was built to create practical, use-case-driven VR that solves real problems, not just showcases technology.
Research Published
Peer-reviewed research from the school program documented measurable effects of immersive VR instruction on knowledge, cognitive activation, motivation, and wellbeing.
LearnTEC Award and Proven Impact
ToolboxVR won the Best VR Collaborative Platform award at LearnTEC Expo 2024. The continuing school program demonstrated higher engagement, better knowledge retention, and increased learner motivation.
Expansion into AI & Global Ecosystem
In 2025, we showcased the first fully interactive virtual company as an AI-supported learning environment for schools. We also launched GuidedGenius, expanded strategic VR and AI partnerships, and unified operations across Germany and India.
Germany + India
Digital Toolbox GmbH operates through a Germany-India partnership model. Strategy, customer engagement, and use-case design are led from Germany. Engineering, platform development, and production capacity are driven from India. This structure combines close client collaboration with scalable technical execution.

Tobias brings decades of experience in digital innovation and organizational transformation. He leads strategy, client engagement, and use-case design, keeping purpose and practical value ahead of technology.
Raahil Kulshreshtha
Founder & CTO
Raahil is the principal builder of ToolboxVR and its core system frameworks. Drawing on experience in animation, VFX, immersive technology, and software engineering, he leads platform development with a focus on robustness, usability, and technical independence.
